Terms & Conditions:

Thank You for renting from Cincy A List, LLC These are the Terms and Conditions of your rental that You agree to in order to rent from Us. Please email or call Us with any questions You may have.

1: Definitions- You, Your, They, Renter, and Renters refer to the Renter(s) who agree to these terms and conditions. We, Us, and Cincy A List refers to Cincy A List, LLC.

2: Terms and Conditions- These terms & conditions constitute the entire Rental Agreement between You & Cincy A List. The vehicle You are renting from Us is a rental that is solely a bailment for mutual benefit. You agree to the terms and conditions provided any such term is not prohibited by the law of a jurisdiction covering this rental which is agreed to by Butler County Ohio, in which case such law controls. You agree that You are not an agent of Cincy A List. You warrant that You are 18 years of age or older.

3: Deposits- There will be a $99 deposit charged to Your credit card within 24 hours of booking. Your remaining balance due will be collected 3 days prior to Your booking via Your credit card on file. The deposits and payments are non-refundable, they can however be transferred to a new date up to 12 months from your existing booking if Your current booking is cancelled properly 7 or more days prior to Your existing booking.

4: Changes- Once You have successfully booked You may not be able to change dates, durations, or vehicles due to availability. We try our best to accommodate changes when possible. Please call Us at 513-502-3603 if changes are needed. There are no refunds if Cincy A List is unable to accommodate change requests. There are no refunds if You cancel a rental.

5: Travel Fees If Necessary- Your rental fee may increase if You change Your pickup or last drop off location more than 10 miles from the original locations or if You exceed Your original rental agreement time.
PLEASE NOTE: We may be unable to accommodate these changes due to scheduling conflicts.

6: Tips, Tax, and Fees- Unlike some other companies, ALL of Our charges are upfront and very clear when booking. Gratuity and tax is located on Our main booking page. What You see is what You pay, no hidden fees.
(Unless an incident were to occur otherwise outlined in these terms and conditions.)

7: Photographs- Renter & Renter’s passengers grant Us permission to use their photograph and video in advertising & other promotions in perpetuity without payment unless they have emailed Us 24 hours prior to the date of the run telling Us they would prefer that no photography or video be taken.

8: Animals- No animals are allowed in our vehicles.

9: Decorations- We do allow non abrasive decor when available.

10: Promo Codes- Promos must be presented prior to making Your reservation. Coupons and/or discounts cannot be used after a reservation is made.

11: Inclement Weather Policy- If we cannot complete Your trip due to inclement weather there will be no refunds. In some cases a credit may be issued.

12: Time Restrictions- Our services are available 24/7.

13: Parking, Parking Fees and Tolls- You are responsible for any and all parking fees and tolls, including toll bridges. Please be aware we often cannot get close to the stadiums or venues that you are going to. Including, but not limited to: Riverbend, Paul Brown Stadium, Great American Ball Park, etc. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic issues while arriving or leaving venues. Please note that it may be difficult to get back to a drop off point after your event is over.

14: Vehicle Appearance- Vehicle exteriors may be dirty in inclement weather, as We are sometimes unable to wash them due to this.

15: Time Extensions- If You choose or need to extend Your service, the Renters card will be charged in 30 minute increments at the original booking rate. Please keep in mind that time extensions are often not available.

16: Alcohol- It is legal to consume alcohol that you bring with you in the vehicle as long as everyone is 21. Cincy A List does not have a liquor license and does not provide alcohol. Drink responsibly. If Cincy A List is not dropping you off at a location you plan to remain at, please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for the actions of you or your guests. Do Not Drink And Drive.

17: Airport Service- We do not offer services to or from the Cincinnati (CVG) airport.

18: No Refunds for Early Completions- There are no refunds if the trip is completed prior to scheduled completion time.

19: Chauffeurs are not authorized to make any changes to the contracts.

20: Mileage Limit- Mileage starts at the first pickup and stops at the last dropoff. Mileage from our location to initial pickup and from final dropoff to our location is free of charge. 325 miles are included in all rentals. Additional miles are $1.50 per mile. Destinations during your trip cannot be more than 150 miles from Monroe Ohio (Louisville, Lexington, Columbus, Dayton, Keeneland, and all bourbon trail distilleries are usually fine!).

21: Start and End Time- Your rental time commences when your driver arrives at the first pickup location and doesn't end until the final person is off of the vehicle.

22: Breakdown & Cancellation Policy- If a Vehicle breaks down through no fault of the Renter, and we cannot provide a replacement vehicle in a timely manner, the Renter will be refunded any and all money paid to Us by the Renter. Our responsibility to the Renter is limited to the refund of the time rented. Failure of Electronics, Music, TV, air conditioning/heat, & lights are NOT considered a breakdown. The Renter acknowledges that a substitute vehicle may not always be immediately available if the rented vehicle breaks down. If You have a reservation for a Vehicle which is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a different vehicle. There will be times that we cannot substitute a vehicle and may have to cancel a trip prior to the date and/or time of service. If that occurs, Cincy A List's liability is limited to refunding you any payments already made.

23: Air Conditioning- Renter acknowledges that Air Conditioning in these large vehicles does not always work well while they are idling. Keeping the doors closed is vital to keeping the interior of Our vehicles comfortable in the summer.
Please Note: Our Brew Bus does not offer rear Air Conditioning.

24: When Travelling- Please keep in mind that limousines and buses travel slower than most vehicles, and it often takes more time than anticipated to load and unload all the passengers. Please be sure to allow sufficient time for your stops if you have a schedule to meet. Please allow at least 10-20 minutes at each stop for shuttle service if we are transporting guests for an event back and forth. We cannot be responsible for meeting your timetable other than the initial pickup.

25: Cleanup & Damage Charges- The Renter is financially responsible for any damage they or their guests cause. All rentals must have a valid, current credit card on file until 3 days have passed since their date of service. You are responsible for any damages You or Your guests cause to the vehicle, plus any lost revenue if Your actions make the vehicle unrentable to others, and/or cleaning fees if the vehicle is not returned with a reasonably clean interior.

26: No Glitter or Confetti- If You enter our vehicles while wearing glitter, or toss glitter or confetti you will be subject to a minimum cleanup fee of $100.

27: Broken Glassware- Missing or broken glassware is $10.00 per glass.

28: Vomit- Vomit cleanup is a minimum additional fee of $250.00

29: There is no smoking permitted in our vehicles.

30: Drugs and Weapons- No illegal drugs or weapons are permitted in our vehicles (Whether or not there is a license / permit). If You bring illegal drugs or weapons into our vehicles (or use illegal drugs during a run), service will terminate immediately and without refund.

31: Insurance and Liability- We provide commercial livery insurance. You, Your successors, heirs, and/or assigns, agree to indemnify Cincy A List and hold Cincy A List harmless from any loss, liability, and expense that is incurred from Your use of any of our vehicles, including reasonable attorney fee. You waive any claim against Us for incidental, special, or consequential damages in connection with the Rental. Rental of Vehicles is solely at Your risk. We assume no liability for illegal acts of client or client’s guests during rental, and are not responsible for loss or damage to any property of You or Your guests regardless who is at fault.

32: Driver Restrictions- The longest 1 chauffeur can be on duty is 15 hours with a maximum of 10 hours driving (as opposed to being on duty, but not driving). Service cannot be extended pasts these limits, as this is a Department of Transportation law. If Your run is longer than 13 continuous hours, there will be a minimum additional charge of $275 for a second chauffeur.

33: Right of Refusal- We reserve the right not to rent to anyone, or to end a rental early and without refund if Renter or their guests become unruly, cause safety concerns, become inebriated, use illegal drugs, or if anyone under 21 consumes alcohol. Possession of weapons (even with a permit) will result in immediate termination of rental agreement without refund. We will not go downtown if there is civil unrest or protesting.

34: Vehicle Capacity- There is a maximum capacity per vehicle, when booking please choose the right vehicle for Your needs. The seating capacity is stated on the website. Seating capacity may be lower when accounting for larger people.

35: COVID-19 Policy- All of our vehicles are completely cleaned and sanitized prior to any and all rides. Facemasks are not required and are up to the sole discretion of the Renter/and or riders. There are hand sanitizing stations located inside of every vehicle.

36: Amenities- All of our limousines have built in ice chests throughout the vehicles and our buses have coolers. Both the coolers and the ice chests will be stocked with ice for Your convenience. All of our vehicles offer Blutooth sound systems, phone charging ports, paper towels, cups/glasses, hand sanitizing stations, all of our vehicles also offer club/limo style lighting.
